It is headquartered in Shenzehn, Guandong and was founded in the year 1987 by military officer Ren Zhengfei.

HISTORY
When established in 1987 it has capital of RMB 21000. It is a private company. Firstly it started its work as an independent researcher. Then in 1997 it won his first overseas project which led this company to be known in the global market.
In May 2008 HUAWEI developed its mobile innovation centre at Sydney.
It also delivered world’s first commercial networks in 2009.
Simultaneously the growth of the company is increasing being a sole vendor.
FUTURE PLANS
Huawei has big plans to beat apple and Samsung as heard from the source. It launched Ascend P6 which slimmest phone and with various improved system functioning.
The CEO of the company RICHARD had designed the plans and various techniques to beat the market competitors. He said in coming years Huawei will be in new clouds in the list of smart phones.
